The Mobile Coke Oven Measuring Device developed by SCHALKE has subversively substituted the traditional way of coke line measuring and coal line measuring on manual basis and lowered the risk and reduced the complixity of traditional manual work, realizes the measuring work easily. In addition, it avoid errors/incorrect measurements by charging hole and oven walls. For different diameter of the oven holes, heat shield could be changed easily. Furthermore, measured data are recorded in an USB which is connected to the device for backup and clear up. The function of the measuring device has been confirmed during the practice test.
